I need to cancel my subscription
I've been a customer since 2017 and have always loved their products, the face cream feels really good on my face. The problem is the customer service sucks butt, i called to cancel my subscription 3 months ago and thought everything was fine when i looked at my bank account here recently there was another charge to my account.
I called and asked if my account was canceled she said no. 
Then was trying to sell me products. Then I told her to reverse the payment immediately and she said, she can't the product is already on the way.
I was so pissed with the way the whole conversation was going I told her i will be sending it back and you better send me a return label! And said ok bye and hung up.
